Transformer Cable Thief caught, tied to a rope and flogged in Ikorodu, Lagos

Residents nabbed and tied up suspected electric cable thief to the pole in Ikorodu, Lagos.

According to reports, the angry residents allegedly caught him stealing transformer cables around 3:00am, at Agric bus stop in Ikorodu, Lagos state.
